Privacy

Website scope

The information website and tap menu have no customer registration, customer accounts, checkout forms or shopping cart. No advertising pixels, marketing trackers or customer behaviour tracking tools have been added to the website code.

Technical information and security

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time and security data may be processed when delivering the service. Application error logs contain a reference number and limited technical details for troubleshooting. The absence of registration does not mean that no technical information is processed.

Local storage and protected sign-in

The tap menu remembers the language preference in browser storage. Access to the private pilot and staff administration uses authentication and security cookies. Staff access involves email addresses, account information and activity records; these are not customer accounts. Browser settings let you control storage and cookies, although blocking them may affect protected sign-in. An age-18 self-declaration is kept in browser session storage only, without collecting a date of birth or sending the declaration to the server.

Contacting Beer House

If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the details you choose to provide in order to respond. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information. Contact us below regarding information you have supplied, including access or correction where applicable under law.

Separate services and future changes

The shop, social networks and other external services have their own privacy policies. If customer registration, measurement tools, advertising or notifications are introduced, this policy and relevant notices will be updated before those features are enabled.
